When graphing through (Y=) and when I want to graph two functions I cant because the highlighted (=) will move down to the one that was not previously highlighted. On my friends calculators you are able to graph several because the highlighted cusor will stay on both of them.

Will reseting my RAMs delete all of the programs not on there when it was new or will it just delete the ones that are not archived?

um, your questions are all over the place. it would be easier if you made different threads for different topics, but i will try and help all i can: When you want to graph multiple graphs, just type one in Y1=... then hit the down arrow. then type the new one. if you want to turn a different graph on and off, go over the '=' sign and hit enter.

Reseting the RAM will delet everything that is inside the RAM. You can check the prgms in RAM by going to the memory menu, and everything with a * by it is in the ARCHIVE, and is safe from deletion. to archive or unarchive (putting it in the RAM), just go to the item and hit ENTER. the * will appeare or disappeare depending on what it was.

Deleting all the memory means what it sounds like. It takes everything and DELETS IT. its gone forever. there is no way to save it unless you have Omnicalc (and thats only if you didnt delet the archie).

deleting the RAM delets items without a * by it
deleting archive delets items with a * by it

sorry for not making my first question clear. i want to be able to show 2 lines in the same graph. by pressing enter on the 'y' you will choose the line that you want to graph. i have a ti-84 se and you are supposed to be able to select on more than one equation but the calculator wont let me. what setting do i need to change to allow me to graph more than one equation on the y=

Don't hit enter on the =, that disables it.

when i dont hit enter, it moves the highlighted "=" to the next y I am typing on and when i go back to highlight the first "y" it takes it off the second "y" so in the end i am only able to graph one line on the graph

hmm, ive heard this problem before. it believe it deals with geomaster app or something like that which allows you to do special functionallity not possible with the default funtions. i think you should try to go to the app and see if you can disable it.

I also remember this, and I seem to recall the problem being caused by the Inequality Graphing application.

THATS IT! thats the prgm that messes it up, cuz it can only do one graph at once for the inequallity. so disable it, and it should be fine.
