At least since I started on this site, and that was at least a year ago (check my upload history). As for me, the numbers just randomize whenever I try to do it. They don't do anything else but display randomly for me. Anyway, I thnk it's a feature that TI uses if you send in your calc because it's completely screwy and still covered in the warranty.
