When I first saw this game on the frame on the side, I got really excited. Mr. Bill is one of my all-time favorite TV shows, and in case you didn't know, he was a little clay figurine that routinely got killed by either his arch-enemy (who I think is called Groucho, but I can't remember) or by the "Well-meaning" Mr. Hands (of whom we only see his hands.) Mr. Bill is subjected to much torture and death in every episode.
Yes, it sounds like Bob. I had actually made Bob before I heard of Mr. Bill, so when I did hear of the TV show, I was thrilled that my love of delivering pain to the funny little guys was shared. Surprisingly, I never once stole or repeated a gag from it...
Anyways, onto the game.
Sadly, none of the TV show besides the name is retained in this game. Mr. Bill isn't even mentioned at all. All of the menus simply say "You." There are no mention of the other characters, sadly.
Also, the humor isn't really there. I wanted to laugh, but they were few and far guffaws in total. Things were very predictable or too random, it seems. I chose every option, hoping to somehow win at the game, but I couldn't find anything. At least there was a lot of the game to play through.
I would love to see an update that includes more of the TV show or more of a motivation besides "Watch me die!!!" But in the meantime, it was a decent waste of time.
