File Description:  In Drifter, you pilot your ship at high speed through a winding tunnel. Unlike most games of this kind however, your ship has inertia, and will not stop moving on its own once you give it a nudge. If you want it to stop, you have to nudge it the other way. This may sound difficult but as you will see, it makes the game MUCH easier to control, as well as adding depth to the scoring.

Comments:
I don't usually review files anymore, but after seeing this deserving program with what I think unfairly low ratings, I felt compelled to review it. This game is not complicated, as your goal is to avoid the walls. However, what makes this program both fun and addicting is the fact that if you "drift" for a certain distance, by not pressing the direction arrows, (this is possible because of the inertia that is worked into this game) you can earn bonus points, this concept really adds to the overall value of the game. Don't be discouraged at first with the difficultly it may appear to have, as you will quickly learn it is quite easy. On the rare occasions that I play a game on my 89, drifter is almost always my choice.
