RAM MANAGER is a program which is written in TI-BASIC.
It should be the BASIC possibility to manage your calc memory
and your files.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

I.Installation

All you have to do is just send the group file 'rammanager' from the folder which should have the name of your calculator model to your calculator.
NOTE: The TI-92+ version doesn't work on the Voyage 200 and reversed because of the different order in the GetConfg() command!!
Now, you have to type in 'explore\rammanag()' in your Home Screen and
press [ENTER].
You can lock (or archive) the whole folder 'explore', RAM MANAGER should work as good as befor.
NOTE: After quitting RAM MANAGER, the current folder is 'explore'.
Use your 'mode' menu to change it.

II.The Program itself

If you are in the start screen, you'll have 6 main options.
There are mainly self-explaining, but I will explain the icons.

-The 'calc' icon means that there are a few calc options (set contrast, clear all, set clock on/off, set APD timer, general info). If you choose 'general info' you will get informatio about OS Version, Product ID, Time, Ram and Archive sieze of your calculator.
-The '68k' icon stands for the engine of the calc. Here, you can see in a nice percentual diagramm how much of your Archive memory you've used and how much ram is used.
-The 'battery symbol' tells you if your batteries are full or if you have to change them.
-The 'folder symbol' opens the browser. This will take a few seconds. Choose a folder and the variable you like to look at/launch/archive/... If you choose <Folder>, you'll get into the folder menu. By pressing [ESC], you will return to the start screen. If you choose a variable and press [ENTER], you are at the options menu. There you can see the name of the variable, its status (locked, archived or none) with the same symbols like in the VAR-LINK and the kind of it (picture, ASM-program, list,...). Now choose one action. If you press [ESC], you will be at the browser again. You can only launch BASIC-programs and you can only view PIC-files.
NOTE: You haven't to unlock or unarchive a file before deleting like in the VAR-LINK. Just choose 'Delete' and it's deleted.
-If you press 'Shutdown', enter a password to protect the calc or leave the field blank to just turn off.

Now, I think you should be able to use RAM MANAGER.
