The Washington Post is reporting that the successor to Pope John Paul II has been elected. (I'm not linking to the Vatican's web site as it's slow enough as it is right now.) German Cardinal Ratzinger was chosen in the fourth ballot on the second day of conclave. In an effort to not be a parrot, I'll refer you to the link above for further information. You might also want to read Wikipedia's article. Forgive spelling "Pope" as "Pop", this keyboard doesn't always register keypresses. I had thought I proofread it.

Ah, I actually heard of this while taking a college tour. I hope he can do well.
ARE YOU SERIOUS! I LIVE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET! AND IM GOING to mass academy next year which is a WPI upper high-school! Wow! Im planning to go there, as my dad did, and I know alot of staff there.

Indeed. You shouldn't judge people by how they look. Then again, there are those "gut feelings" that people have... I don't know, though. I think he's going to do the best he can.
