For some reason I cannot graph inequalities. I can't change the equal sign. Originally, I could, but for some reason I can't anymor.

Check in your apps menu. I think it's called ineqal or something like that.

If you don't have it you can get it from the TI website. If you're smart enough you can figure out which side of the line should be shaded anyway, without an app like that.

There is a program for the TI 83-84 that will shade inequalities in two variables found here:
