On my computer, there are 2 different files with the same name.

Ex. Bombmaze

(BombMaze.9xy and BombMaze.89y)

Which one am i supposed to put on my calc?
If i'm supposed to put only one, which file? the .9xy or the .89y?

What type of calculator are you using?

.89y is for the TI-89.

If you have a TI-89 you will want any and all .89Anything files on your calculator.

If you have a 92+ or a V200 you will want the .9xAnything files.

That being said, often times the TI-89 files are identical to the V200 files, but just to be safe, go with the files that correspond to your calculator.
