I downloaded a TI 83+ Emulator, and the calculator is working well. The only problem is that I do not know how to send Applications and programs to my calculator file. How do I send programs and apps to my calculator emulator?

If you are using VTI right click on the screen and click on send file to VTI. Then browse to your program it has to be unzipped if you downloaded it. If you arn't using VTI tell us what you are using. I think you can also drag the program onto the screen.

ooohhh, the FD... try clicking File, see if it has an option to send files to the emu, or try drag and dropping onto the emulator. I use Wabbitemu, but you have to have a ROM image of your calculator to make that work.

...

Search for a program on ticalc called ROM8X, that utility should help you get an image for Wabbitemu to work. (Wabbitemu can be downloaded from revsoft.org, you might have to look into their forums for the download link.)

There are two buttons with red arows on them. One button has an A on it the other has an R. Depending on what you want to send to the calc depends on the button you click

A=Archive
R=RAM

It is much easier to suggest solutions when you know nothing about the problem.
