Total Posts: 2486 | Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that we're in process of updating the site codebase to work with our new MySQL database and we're currently working on our file management system so it may take some time before we can add all the new files (yeah, I know it does take us a while to add new files but this time we have an excuse. lol). We're trying to speed it up, but it takes time. So if you've been wondering what happened to all uploads and whether your file made it, you can know that we're working on that. Thanks.

Edit | Augh! new avatar!! This one seems less evil than the other, but the red eyes are kinda creepy. Although I do know a girl who has very yellow eyes... I'm not into japanese animation stuff, too.
And yeah, this is a great site.
And yeah, that's why my tankers map hasn't shown up yet! Yeah, took me that long to make that connection.

Its easy for me to see how it could have happened, unless one of our guys have done that on purpose but I think I was the only one who worked on that feature. Should we keep it that way for coolness purposes or have it the way it was meant to be? Btw, thanks for the comment on my avatar. It took me some time to pick it. Once I make myself more cool avatars I'll just be cycling thru them every now and then.

Edit | yeah, i figured it was a bug.
I should probably write down the URLs of my avatars, the only reason I changed my first one (eddie) was because I screwed up and lost the link. I should also make an original avatar- I actually scanned that one.
When will the MySQL database be up?

Total Posts: 2486 | The db is up but our *many* scripts need to be updated in order to work with the new db. The file view/dl script is already on MySQL. That also includes stat pages, reviews, ratings. We still need to finish with our file manager so that we can add and update files. If everything goes well, this should be done in the next two or three days. I'm just really busy with my job and won't have time till my day off.

Total Posts: 2486 | Okay, MySQL updates are done (at least on our file manager). New files should be up very soon.
EDIT: About 2/3 thru the new files.
