Would it be possible to have a GMT clock displayed on the forum pages?

I thought there was one at one point, but I guess not.

The reason why I want one is so I can tell if a topic has been posted on more recently than I posted on it :D

Edit
nice idea.

This was a "bump", btw. Yknow, to get it further up on the topics list? Oh, I am so clever!

...erm, you DO realize that most people who don't spent their lives on this board will log off, and then whever they check back (in a day or so), they will log on, and every topic with a star next to them means it's been updated since they last logged off.

Just a FYI. :-)

Edit: Also, there is a field in one of the teemz files that allows you to localize time, I forget which file though, and one of the admins would have to change it. Right now the time, is, I think, a german time zone, due to the fact the servers are there.

Which is a pain in the ass, by the way. Most forums you come back later, you're still logged in via cookie, and it will mark the posts that are new since your last visit. You never have to log off.

We discussed this a long time ago. The gernereal conclusion iirc is that it would require a re-write of the code for the forum which niehter Z nor B coded.

This just doesn't seem important enough, hence we don't really invest our time into that. Just don't check the "keep me logged in" thing. You'll have to login on your next visit but the time will be all correct. We might implement that if more people are interested in such a feature.

Hmmm...
http://www.teemz.com/downloads/
v1.0.0 is a major release, containing fixes for all known bugs found in v0.62.1 as well as some much-requested new features

Though the log-out thing may not even be one of those fixes. I just find it odd that Teemz works differently in this regard than every other forum software I've seen used. Of course that's more on them than it is on you guys here. And it's not that big a deal, as you said.

We have way to many features added, so upgrading is not an option. This can be worked on if really necessary...

Darn.

I've got almost every computer in the library here to remember my log-in :D

And no, I have a life.
