I need some new admins over at Calc Haven (www.calchaven.tk). If you are interested in assisting the site, please contact me through AIM or IRC (though I don't have IRC access until the Friday after next so you can use the CH live chat), but PM me first. You don't have to have an account on the site yet (although you should so you can say hi every once in a while). I'm looking for a bunch of random positions that I will discuss in person. Also, be prepared to become very, very active, because as an admin, you will be expected to do a lot.

On another note, I have an idea for a newsletter feature (it would only work on an HTML version, otherwise, I'd have to link stuff.) I'd like to do up a nice, humorous comic strip for newsletters. I won't be able to get to do that until I get back home (see above), though. The comic would be about calcs. Duh...

I'm hoping to get HTML actually worked in by next month. I keep putting it off too much to get a design made up.

Which brings me to the next problem: What do we want an HTML newsletter to look like? :-\

Heavens no. PDF is one of the most inconvenient and bloated ways to view any document. The format is suited for a larger manual, but anything under 20 pages is really overkill to publish in pdf format.

Ewww... PDF!

Anyways, CH isn't hiring anymore, we just got two new staff members. Just to get more traffic, you have to go there to see!

Also, I'm pretty sure that CH is the only calc site with an official mascot. If it isn't, its probably the first. (The mascot even has its own username.)

Hmm... I was going to reply to allyn, but it appears he has deleted his humorous post as I was about to post. Darn.

Literally it means "god dawn." The best transulation in english is "twilight of the gods."
