Copied straight from Calc Haven:

Sorry folks, but I may not be able to access the internet too much for a few days. My specific area of town has been experiencing major power outages that are expected to be fixed within the next 4 or five days. In the meantime, I'll try to drop in when I can through my relative's computers and the school's computers (which is hard, because this is exams week and I don't have to take any of them, so I'll have to find excuses to go), but this means no instant messaging, UT2004 games, downloading stuff, etc. Trust me, I'm gonna be really stranded and bored in the next few days until the power comes back. Maybe if I'm really lucky, it'll be restored tonight and this message will be in vain...

That sucks... We had power outages right around Christas and New year's, though they were each resolved in under 24 hours.

No kidding... I was at a big speedskating meet when the power went out last weekend... We had to wait in the lobby of the arena for nearly an hour before the power came back on, because of the regulations. This is, of course, nothing new here in Yellowknife, as we get a lot of power outages. (cold weather + hydroelectricity dam 300 km away + stupid ravens that zap themselves = many an outage.)

Really? Because the demo has about 7 different levels, and I still enjoy playing it.

Camp doesn't count, if that's what you're referring to.

You're concerned about the power outages in the hurricanes. Wow. People getting hurt/dying > power outages.
