It's on youtube.com somewhere. The name of the band is O-Zone. The name of the song is Dragostea Din Tei. Those crazy Romanians!

thank you for referring to them by their correct country. ignarant ppl all round the would confuse them with german. there are few words in there that can be mistaken for german, but thats about it. i like the remix version of Dragostea Din Tei more, thou.

I hear some words that are positively french in that song, but then again, that could be a coincidence.
