just thought i'd try and see how many people would pay attention. Here's a hotness scale i developed from 0 to 10 (well, actually 11), ten (<--11) being hottest:
***Hotness scale***
0 - Soooooo ugly, anyone who looks at this person will turn to stone and their eyes will be burned out of their sockets.
1 - Ugly enough to break a mirror the instant he/she looks at it
2 - Pretty D*mn Ugly
3 - Ugly
4 - Just below average
5 - Average
6 - above average
7 - Hot
8 - Fantastically fine
9 - Super sexy stuff
10 - {Esta} el fuego [{to be}on fire]
11 - Beauty that outshines the sun, hotness that outburns the fires of hell itself, and sexiness that breaks the bounds of imagination.

I'll start off by ranking Lindsay Lohan as an 8 and 1/2

All righty then. Since I am more or less against pop culture I see this as just as briliant as your coolness post.

Hey, i actually thought this was a kind of good idea. Maybe if this site wasn't infested with calculator geeks... (it should be, though. it's a calc site!)

No no, we're just a hole in the ground. ticalc.org, now thats an infestation. Oh, and just because one person may not think it is a good idead doean't mean it isn't.

Maybe I'm biased, but I'd say I'm an 10 and a 1/2.

(Seriously, I consider myself a 5.5)

I don't rate people on their looks. Those can change in an instant.

it's "en fuego" not "el fuego"... "the fire" is not the same as "on fire"

and "esta" does not mean "to be"... "estar" means "to be" and "esta" means this... although i'm guessing you meant "está" which means "he/she is"...

wow i remember way too much spanish 1 to be considered normal. i know i'm wrong on at least one of those, but correct me.

lol, let's rate a TI-89 on the hotness scale...that'd be a really nerdy thing to do! :)

as goes for celebs, i can care less. and speaking of hotness, it really depends if photographer did a good job. hottest gals tend to be in pRno business tho (that's my opinion). oh btw, don't continue discussing pRon because this isn't the right site for this kind of stuff.

I'd give the TI-89 a 9. maybe if it had a customized case, 'd give it a ten :) . 83 only gets a 7, though :(

There's a TI-89 Ti now so there's is your 10 or 11 score babe! :)
Btw, I've just received some 89 Ti's to the store I work at so these toys should probably be coming out pretty soon. They don't look all that bad but it seems that they're much thicker than normal 89's. Box looks similar to one from a regular 89 but TI has highlited all the new feats. And of course, there's a link to CalcGames.org on the back of the 89Ti's box :) j/k we wish...

The New 89's coming out soon? Good, I can hardly wait...
But I do think rating how hot calculators is a bit extreme...

Hey, since we're rating things other than people, why not rate how hot fire is?
