Sweet! I'd love to get one of these babies but they're a bit too expensive for my pocket. I just rebuilt and optimized my old PC and stuck it into the trunk of my car. So there, I not have a DivX/mp3 player built in :). I used wireless keyboard and tv-out card along with my Audiovox 8" pdvd. Really cool system on a budget. Btw, recent crop of Palm Pilots and pocket PCs can be a good substitute intil these media players drop in price. For instance, you can get a good quality movie to play full screen on most PDAs in above $200 range. You can also get a 512m or 1g cards for under $100 for them which should hold more than enough movies and music for you. Looking at my Palm T-E it plays high quality divx at 320x240 res at 15fps or mdeium quality vids of same resolution at 24/30fps. Not too bad at all. Though, that new CD based player looks nice but you may want a larger stand alone screen to fully enjoy it. It'd also be nice to see what's the highest bitrate these things can decode in real time to see if they're worth the price tag.
