Here's a crazy dog story for you. I'll try and summerize it up.
My brother in new Zealand as missonary. goes to persons house. has fence around house and gate. him and his partner park bikes against fence. both walk through gate and close it. bull dog comes round corner and runs full fledged at my brother. partner jumps fence. brother half throws backpack at dog, then jumps also over getting hole in pants. dog goes back brother somehow gets backpack back and leaves. Differn't day. Bro and partner go to house again. owners there. no problems w/dog. owners say dog had puppies and is defensive since last batch was stolen. Different day. again at house. this time bro waits outside gate across street. partner goes in, leaves gate open. bro askes him to shut. he chuckeles, but doesen't shut. partner walkes to porch. dog comes ripping around corner sees partner at porch, pays no heed. ripps through open gate strait at bro across street.

Our family has a really weird tradition for New Year's Eve. Every year, we go out to a Japanese restuarant called Akasaka, then we go bowling...

P.S. If anyone knows what kind of word Akasaka is, they get bonus points!(Whatever those are...)
