No, but I could also use some as my gf is moving 400 miles away. However, I doubt this is the right site to ask.

Off topic: Is you signature from an Aquabats song?

True it prolly isnt the best place to ask, but can't hurt. Oh and in my case i'm actually moving 300 miles closer to her.... 700 to go

off topic response: Yeah it is, or it should be a SUPER COOL wristband, (i am a proud owner of one such band), you a fan?

The easiest way to make a long-distance relationship work is to omit the long distances. that's the only advice i can offer besides try and stay in touch via phone, e-mail, aim, etc.

My stance on l.d. relationships is that they are a waste of time. Let's just say that I had a very bad experience. And no, I won't talk about it.

Edit
They don't work... You should try to find someone that is closer... You will think it works for a short time, but then she will meet someone there, and then it will hurt worse...

The supertones and the insyderz suck. Why? They play christian ska, which is never good. Try Dear Sergio by Streetlight Manifesto (originally by Catch 22) and Little Bîtch by The Specials

here is my advice. With long distance relationships keep them open. So that way nither one of you fells tied down to a person that they dont even see. And if the relationship is meant to be than you will always find eachother agian in the future.

It is much easier to suggest solutions when you know nothing about the problem.

well, in my situation she's branding me (not literally, long story short she is an amazing tattoo artist)

@the ska tangent: oh my friends i do believe we have forgotten the wonderous band known as Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution (B.O.T.A.R). Cant forget Reel big fish either.
@3fg Dear Sergio originally performed by B.O.T.A.R on the EP "A Call To Arms"

BOTAR is awesome, as is reel big fish. Catch 22 wrote Dear Sergio between 1996 and 1998. BOTAR was not a band until 2001. You are thinking of Here's To Life, which was done by BOTAR first then covered by Streetlight Manifesto.

im going 800 miles away from my girl friend for college in a month.

it has only been a 3 month relationship so far... but we have been friends for a while. so i guess i have something yall dont. my gf is my best friend, and you just dont lose that. I will talk to her, and i'll vist her when i can (i have 3 day weekends for the FULL first semister). But she is smart, and realizes that if she finds someone new, they will leave her for college, and if she finds someone in college, they will leave her when they go home. same goes for me. So she has told me that there is nothing in life worth while unless it is worth the wait. She is very faithfull, has had crapy relationships in the past, and realizes that im the best thing that has happened to her.

my best advise is to be best friends with her... just not only her boy friend. and never forget them... remind them that you are faithful, always, and that you will see them, and things will get better. in my case, i only have 4 years till im outta college, then i will be working with a good pay. she cant wait for that, neither can i. (hmmmm maybe shes just staying with me for the money....) nah...

Well, thats another idea. tell her that you'll be rich, and promiss her a car. lol. it usually always works. lol

Ceramic Eng?

Never heard of it.

im Going into Mechanical engineering, and my brother is going in to chem. Eng, so we both are going to be good off.

the only problem with chem eng is that you get really good jobs or really sucky jobs, so if you want good money, you have to earn it harder.

im going into game dev

imma going to USC to take care of all my req classes and some basic stuff
and then im going to UAT for the advanced game dev stuff
and the kewl thing about UAT is that your last semester of the year (or whole college, dont matter) you can actually make a game with their dev kits
the one in Arizona only has a Gamecube dev
a PSP dev
and a GBA dev
ill prob make a PSP, but by the time im in college, itll be a PS4 dev
XD

and the website said that for the upcoming high def games they were going to get a Xbox 360 soon

alright ^^

I once had a girlfriend. But one day I tried to take something back from her that she stole from me and I accidentally slapped her. I consider myself lucky to be alive.
