Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter died earlier this week from a sting ray's barb the chest. I love his tv show I can remember watching it as a little kid at the baby sitters and if there would have been anyone in the world I would have thought of as invinsible it would have been him.

Rest in peace Steve Irwin

Meh. He worked with such dangerous creatures all the time (and this death is actually pretty bizarre as stingrays are normally docile and, compared with all the other animals he worked with, as docile as a deer.) I'm pretty sure he expected to die on the set eventually. I just hope he considered himself fulfilled. RIP, Steve.

Yes, he was doing a underwater documentary you know... The reason that the stingray reacted in the first place is because the camera person scared it, and then it stabbed Steve... So yes, it was taped. No it has not been released, and probably never will...

It's kinda released, assuming this video's the real thing. Is that "my fault" that he says at the end?

His was the 17th stingray-caused death since 1860... that's pretty rare.

Yeah, probably so.

Until I posted this, the "Non-Calculator Related World" forum had exactly 7000 posts in it.

Besides, was he not dead instantly, i.e. before they could take him out of the water and put him in dry cloths and make him blabber something?
