Total Posts: 714 | Ok a question that I have been meanning to ask. CG's servers are on GMT time right. And the east cost is -5. so why is there 6 hours diffrence?
If it has something to do with DLT please explain for i live in indy and we have just adopted DLT this summer. O and when do we go back to normal time?

Total Posts: 2007 | CG's servers are in germany and are therefore on GMT +1 time. This should account for the difference.
Edit: Nevermind, the minutes are correct, according to my cell phone.

Total Posts: 2486 | Yeah, some servers are in germany but our host does have some in the USA as well. However since it has now been acquired by a larger company things may change. As with our main server (germany), it's +6hrs difference from me. We were going to make CG auto adjust time but since so few people actually fill out their profiles that could make things somewhat messed up so they all just ended up being defaulted to server time.
