EDIT: Zachary, you need to include installation instructions in your file, not just have a file called readme with same text as file description. That if you checked our upload guidelines, is a requirement so please resubmit your phone book program with a proper readme. Though, I'd suggest you make it hold more than 10 records since that's not of much use as I would have difficulty thinking of anyone who only has 10 phone number or less. :/
