does anyone know of a ti-83+ program that can solve a system of equations for you? i tried making one myself, but eventually i got lost and stopped caring.

what kind of equations? Also, go to the MATH menu and press [0]. that gets you to the equation solver

a system of polynomial functions (i.e.- ax^3+bx^2+cx+d=y) for the coefficients.

You could download the PolySmlt (I think it's called) App for the 83+ from TI's Online Store. Or there's a way you can do it with matrices. Would that matrix way interest you?

the matrix way would work perfectly. does the poly smit cost money though? i don't wanna pay for something i could do myself in a few hours.
