Total Posts: 7 | I made a few mistakes in reviews, and I just want to apologize for the negative vibe I gave to the Mario Remix Levels. I just realized that they require 2.0, and when I downloaded the updated version, the levels work perfectly. I'm terribly sorry that I didn't understand.
On a side note, some other levels do not work well under Mario 2.0, so please be careful while reviewing, and please mark when you should use 2.0 or 1.2. I noticed a few changes in the two versions, which I am going to list here:
The group of dots is now water, and you can swim in it
The donut-shaped things fall when you step on them.
You can duck by pressing down
There is a game over screen
The fish enemy actually works (in 1.2, it just appeared as a glitchy bowser)
You can no longer bounce on stationary shells
Just thought i'd mention this to everyone, so please be fair when rating games. On a side note, I am completely unaffiliated with the creators of both mario programs. |

Total Posts: 2486 | i think it's not worth the dl...most levels are for 1.2 anyway and besides, this version doesn't seem to add anything new and is not officially released so you get the point.

Edit | actually, i tried 2.0 and i like it better. ducking is sometimes useful, and the water and falling bricks add more challenge. I'm making the rest of my games for it. |

Total Posts: 2486 | make sure you note that on your levels. i don't think any other site has that version of mario so unless you mark your levels as version 2.0 people who try them in 1.2 will get upset. well, maybe i didn't like 2.0 since there aren't any levels for it. i don't play on my calc anymore coz of lack of time. btw, maybe you should write a review for this game so that people know why its better than 1.2.
