Total Posts: 4 | On a TI-84 SE, can you do fractions such as 5/7 divided by 8/13? I can not find a fraction key, and I was wandering if you can do that on this calculator?

Once you realize that, and follow the order of operations...it should come quite simply.
(5/7)/(8/13)
Just use the divison key....

Total Posts: 2486 | You can also convert decimals to fractions by pressing the [Math] button and then pressing [1] to choose |>FRAC options. That'll convert a decimal you have just typed to a fraction, if possible. If its not possible, it'll just show the same decimal again.

Edit | cool. Blue is awesome. my new shoes have see-thru areas, so you can see my socks (or feet, if you will).
By the way, I am the only person in my grade- maybe even my school- that is an expert with calcs. It's kinda weird. |
