Ok, are there any apps that do all or most of the following?

2-Var Systems of Equations
Factoring
Simplifying square roots
anything else helpful in geometry...

and by the way, I'm not using this to cheat on tests, we aren't allowed to use our own calculator anyway...

There was a program somewhere out there which did factoring quite well and fast, I forgot what it was.
Simplifying square roots is something you can do in your head, and people are more hesitant to make programs to do things like that.

true, it isn't that hard, but i use my head enough in school.....

and i did find a few, all of which came from ticalc.org (except the equation solver)

2-Var Systems of [linear] Equations can be done with a matrix and the rref( function. Same can be said for n-var systems of [linear] equations.

The TI-89 factors, and the PolySmlt app does systems of simultaneous equations.

omnicalc <-spelling? has a simplify sqrts function but i only use it every one in a while cause it doesn't play nice with xLib so i have to reinstall xLib after every time i install omnicalc but hey it's fast!
